Yes. This is a Loan Officer position.
All new hires begin within our LO Ascent™ platform — a structured, performance-based development system designed to build strong fundamentals before full production autonomy.
You are hired as a Loan Officer from day one, with a clear path to increasing responsibility and earning potential as you demonstrate competency and consistency.
LO Ascent™ is a structured, competency-based development platform.
Rather than “learning as you go,” you’ll follow a defined progression focused on building the core skills required for consistent production.
Advancement is based on demonstrated performance — not time.
Because it produces better results.
This structure is designed to:
- Build strong fundamentals early
- Create consistent, scalable production
- Prevent early burnout and confusion
- Develop confident, independent Loan Officers
We don’t rely on trial-and-error — we build performance intentionally.
There is no fixed timeline.
Progression is mastery-based, not time-based. Some Loan Officers advance quickly, while others take more time depending on execution and consistency.
Yes.

- Sponsored by DirectMyLoan & AFN
Yes.
This is a fully remote position operating within a structured, performance-driven environment.
While you work remotely, you are supported by an active team environment that includes Sales Managers, Branch Leadership, and peers — similar to the support you would have in an office setting.
This is not a flexible, self-set schedule. Work hours are structured and aligned with our marketing and lead flow to ensure consistent opportunity, responsiveness, and performance.
Expectations are centered around activity, application quality, and conversion consistency.
LO Ascent™ provides clear benchmarks at each stage so you understand what success looks like and how to progress.
A typical day is focused on working inbound opportunities, conducting structured borrower conversations, building applications, and managing follow-up within the CRM (JABRR).
The role is execution-driven, with a strong emphasis on consistency, structure, and pipeline management.
Leads are generated through targeted direct mail and inbound marketing strategies.
Loan Officers work real inbound opportunities within a structured system designed to support consistent follow-up and conversion.
Compensation is structured to support you as you develop within LO Ascent™, while building toward full production-based earnings.
Compensation begins with a structured hourly component during development, transitioning into hourly plus commission and ultimately full production-based earnings as you progress.
Once in full production, compensation is commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
Our commission structure is tiered — as monthly production increases, you move into higher tiers, and those higher earnings retroactively apply to your production within that period.
This structure is designed to reward consistency, performance, and growth over time.
Hourly compensation is paid biweekly. Commission earnings are paid weekly — on the Friday following the week the loan funds.
Commission eligibility aligns with progression into full production responsibilities.
The LO Ascent™ platform is designed to ensure you are fully prepared to convert consistently before transitioning into a commission-driven structure.
